Hello! I'm Rebecca (she/her)
I’m a registered Psychologist and PACFA-registered therapist, integrating Process-Oriented Psychotherapy into my work. My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded, with a focus on helping you make sense of your experiences and explore meaningful personal change.

I offer individual therapy for adults via Telehealth or in person. In person sessions take place on my rural property in Martinsville, NSW, where the natural environment supports reflective, eco-psychology-informed work. Further details are available on the Nature-Based Therapy page.
